Relationship:
He has a strained relationship with his father, Xander Aurelius. Leo usually lives up to the constant pressure of his father's high expectations, though to Xander it's never good enough. Leo has a better relationship with Emmett Sinclair, the company lawyer and long time friend of Xander; he's one of the few people that Leo can actually relax around.
Personality:
Held to high standards all of his life, Leo is a stern perfectionist with a low tolerance for incompetence. He expects others to always operate at their best, but his unrealistic standards leave him constantly disappointed. As such, he usually views others in a negative light, seeing them as lazy or unreliable. He has little trust in others, so he's often guarded as well. His cold exterior makes him intimidating and very unapproachable, though he'll maintain a terse level of formality or politeness for the sake of his company. Even when alone, he gives himself little downtime, often continuing work or immersing himself in physical training. He hates showing weakness or vulnerability and refuses to show it to anyone.

General Knowledge
Having been raised specifically to inherit his father's company, Xander made sure that Leo would be educated in everything that he needed to know to run Heliosoft. This mostly pertains to money, delegation, business formalities and the like, though his education expands outside of this scope for the sake of being "well-rounded and cultured."
((Basically this is my excuse for Leo to do exposition on something weird or niche that other characters might not know about in case I ever need something specific to be mentioned lol))
General Athleticism
Since his youth, Leo was put through a rigorous physical training regime. Said regime was harsh and almost cruel, but it's made Leo strong, quick and generally athletic. He’s physically well rounded, but he doesn’t appear to have any particular strength that stands out.
Custom Magitech Armor
Leo is always fitted with special armor that he can dispel when not in combat. When it's activated, he gains a chestplate, leg armor, as well as a shoulder guard. The rings on Leo’s wrists have the same technology, deploying into gauntlets to better protect his arms.
Weapon: Löwenkralle (Loewenkralle) (Lion's Claw)
A knightly sword forged specifically for Leo. He can keep it strapped to his back when out and about, or kept in a portable state via the handle. This is because the handle contains Magitech that enchants the blade, allowing Leo to magically retract it or emit fire on his command. With this, he can perform several flame sword techniques. He is agile with his weapon, wielding it with intensity and finesse, but his style generally favors power strikes.
Weaknesses:
Despite all of his training, Leo's still a normal human and can be taken down by conventional means. His armor might help him resist magic attacks, but he's not fully armored in favor of ease of movement, making him rather vulnerable to most forms of attack.
History:
After surviving an assassination attempt that crippled his best friend and killed his wife, Xander Aurelius despaired at his own weakness, blaming himself for the tragedy. When he learned his own father, Albert, orchestrated the attempt, Xander was enraged. The resulting fallout was messy, and in the end, the only family Xander had left was his 5 year old son, Leo.
Determined to protect him from similar future threats, Xander decided that he would mold his son into a strong person capable of warding off all foes. Leo's upbringing ended up being very expansive; from higher education to hellish combat training and self-defense, it seemed Leo would become a man well-rounded enough to surpass his father.
Of course, all of this came at the cost of Leo feeling little love from Xander in his youth. He may have gotten some emotional support from Emmett Sinclair, but it wasn't quite the same. In fact, the biggest lesson that Leo learned was that his father was someone to be feared. Xander failed to convey the purpose behind his constant emphasis on power and strength, but continued to push his increasing standards upon his son. And as far as Leo understood: if he couldn't live up to his standards, then Leo might as well not have lived at all.
In spite of this, Leo pushed himself through his training, eventually succeeding in his chosen fields. Whether it be business, book smarts or brawling, Leo excelled at it - perhaps a bit too much so. Forced to examine his own imperfections and failures at every turn of his growth, he has come to do the same to others, and now comes off as arrogant. Nevermind the impossible weight on his shoulders...
Leo still lives in Aster City, where he's been put in charge of Heliosoft's headquarters while his father is away. All Leo has to do is not disappoint him...
