Personality:
Dolores (or Dolly, as she prefers) is an outgoing, charismatic woman. Raised in a family well known for their diplomacy, she uses this skill for social pleasantries in order to grow her network of connections for news and gossip. She seems rather friendly at first, but she can become rather pushy or aggressive in wanting to get to know someone. Her mastery of socializing can almost make her seem artificial and shallow, but to her, it's just a matter of making herself appealing and harmless to the widest audience possible. She's always planning ahead for potentially digging up groundbreaking stories, and isn't above fudging the truth, lying by omission or even just batting her eyelashes to get access to what she wants.

Dolly is simply an ordinary woman who's best at talking her way into people's lives. History:
Dolly learned how to appeal to people at a very young age. It began with her father; he'd always doted on her, spoiling her whenever he could, so it was easy to get what she wanted. But when he took her to work with him, she observed his job as a politician and quickly picked up on how to please other people and convince them to give her what she wanted. Dolly enjoyed the attention and the level of manipulation that came with it, though she never thought she'd follow in her father's footsteps.
