Once again she had been ignored, even after she nicely introduced herself. Sunny could let Izzy slide seeing as he was in shock but she was not gonna let Mr. Blackmoore write her off like that. " Ya know what? Its kinda rude to ignore someone who just introduced herself to you Mr. Blackmoore... I may just be a cat but I have feelings to..." Sunny said as she then stepped in front of Mr. Blackmoore looking up at him with a bit of a frown and her ears back showing she was a bit annoyed. It was a blessing and a curse really having a cat body... People ignored her, when she is out patrolling that was fine that was kinda the point but it really annoyed her when she tries to talk to people they ignore her. " I can forgive Izzy ignoring me though seeing as he is shock." Sunny said with a sigh as she looked after at Izzy then back at Mr. Blackmoore. " I guess I shall repeat myself seeing as you did not seem to hear me.. I would like to thank you for helping Izzy and my name is Sunny." The cat repeated. She then looked back at Izzy when he tried to put on tough act by not wanting to get his burns treated.
Sunny rolled her eyes a bit at that, " Izzy there is no shame in being rattled and getting treated for wounds. No need to act like a tough guy. Heck Even Taylor was a bit rattled after he had been kidnapped. If ya want I can contact Fane from the guardians I;m sure she knows a healing spell." Sunny offered, though if he refused Sunny would not try to force healing on him. It was his choice if he did not want treatment. "Buut if you really don't want to at least let me walk ya home." Sunny offered just in case.

Cardinal's words seemed to affect Izzack rather deeply. It was strange, he shouldn't have even cared, but...well, nobody else had really been worried about him that much before. His mentor hadn't. All he had cared about was teaching him quickly and efficiently. Not even the lady running the orphanage had really cared. Sure, Yuki seemed to care, but she also wasn't all to aware of the...downsides of magic use, and it seemed this man did. "I...uh...I will. Thank you, Mr. Blackmoore." he said, almost a whisper. That was when it seemed that Sunny had taken offence to being forgotten in the commotion. "Ah...I'm sure he didn't mean anything by it, Sunny..I mean...well, it's been...uh...I don't think I've met Fane yet. I'm sorry" he ended in a whisper. Maybe he shouldn't be butting into such things. He was hardly skilled enough in combat. Social disputes were far beyond his realm of expertise. Maybe it would be best to let those smarter than he sort things out.

"...Ah." Cardinal grunted and looked back down to the cat. "...Sorry." He apologized bluntly before turning back around. "...Hard of hearing. Long day." He was usually a patient man, but that patience had worn thin after what had just happened. He had done more running than he was used to in a single day, and he didn't even have the satisfaction of catching the fool who caused all this. He just wanted to return the cards and go home. It was irritating enough that someone had stolen from him - a young person he had offered several chances to and attempted to help, only to be brushed aside. He shouldn't have been surprised at that, but... he had seen the consequences of going down a dark path. Perhaps he just wanted to spare others of that fate.
Just thinking about that woman drew out an exasperated sigh. He knew could always get a new card. He assured himself she couldn't have spent much, but whatever it was she spent, it was still money he had to get back through a tedious filing process. ...Ugh, but his wallet...! He had to go back and find that, didn't he? Goddamnit. Even if he did get reimbursed for whatever she had used, he still had other cards in that wallet, along with some money (which she probably took), and some very irreplaceable pictures of his children - happy images before life took a turn straight into hell.
The worst part was that he had specifically gotten the rose pattern printed on his card just to remind himself of his wife who went missing two decades ago.
He could thank Neila for the very unpleasant thought of his wife maybe burning to death somewhere. Another nightmare to add to his ever growing list.
Cardinal had stopped walking away at this point, unconscious of the fact that he wasn't even moving anymore. His thoughts had led him from calm to furious as he found himself staring at the ground rather spitefully. His fists were clenched at his sides, faintly glowing with a magical aura much darker than earlier. "Annoying..." he growled to himself in frustration. He then let out a much louder sigh this time - almost a groan - as he immediately spun around and marched right back into the urban, back alley labyrinth of bullshit.

Sunny nodded at Cardinal when he spoke, ah heard of hearing oops. That made the robotic cat feel bad for getting after the guy.. After all he had been through the same issue as Izzy after all. When Izzy said he had not met Fane, Sunny tilted her head. "What? Ok then guess you are gonna meet her then. Cuz I can't leave you in this state and perhaps she can fix this rock wall you have brought up as well. Can't leave it standing after all~" Sunny said as her eyes started to glow as she then started to contact Fane, once that was done Sunny's eyes went back to normal. " Ok~ All done Fane will be here soon and I think I will help Mr. Blackmoore find whatever it is he is looking for. Does not look like he knows his way around the alleyways. Ok See ya again real soon!" Sunny said as she then took off after Mr. Blackmoore and it did not take long to catch up to him.
"Yo! Mr. Blackmoore I can help you find whatever it is you are looking for. I can retrace where you all came from. Come on follow me~" Sunny said with a smile as her eyes started to glow once more. She had scanned the girl from before so she knew what footsteps to scan for, Sunny then scanned the area around them and found Neila's food tracks. "Ok got the trail come on~" Sunny said as she then started to move, she moved quickly but made sure Blackmoore was able to keep up. After about 20 minutes Sunny had found the spot Neila had tossed the wallets. "Found em~ I take it you where looking for these wallets then?" Sunny asked with a smile as her eyes went back to normal once again.

Mean while Fane was on her way, she did not know this Izzy but she was still willing to help, by the sound of it he was hurt and weak. The young witch knew some healing spells and should be able to lower that rock wall that Sunny had messaged her about. Holding her staff up Fane flew through the air in her magic orb and soon she saw the rock wall and who she guessed was Izzy sitting in the middle. Fane then landed the orb and it disappeared. She then smiled and walked over to Izzy, " Um hello, I am Fane and you are Izzy? Sunny asked me to help. I think I will lower the wall first though." Fane said as she then faced the rock wall holding out her staff once more. Magic energy then started to seep out of Fane and her staff as her eyes started to glow. Fane then started to chant in a unknown language and the walls started to sink back into the ground. When they did there was no signs of them ever being there. With a smile Fane then turned back to Izzy, " Now to help you." Fane said as she then started chant again her eyes started to glow as healing magic started to heal Izzy's burns.

"Walls?" Izzack asked, seeming more confused than anything. He thought that he had let all the walls down when the girl had gotten away. He looked around, though, and noticed that a few were still up. How was that possible? Izzack wasn't even holding onto the source of his power anymore. "But...I let them down..." he said simply, looking at the walls as if they weren't his doing.
Whether or not they were, he had to fix them, hopefully before Fane got here to see how he had messed up a simple dispelling. Izzack once again seized the source, though it was much harder this time around, simply due to fatigue. As the power rushed in him once more, he noticed what had happened. The weaves of earth he had put in place to block off the girl's exit had been...well, the best way to put it would be that they had been tied off, like a knot in a string. That must be why they stayed up despite him releasing the power. They were forced in place unknowingly by Izzack. This was certainly something to look into. Being able to keep certain spells active despite no longer actively casting would be invaluable. As he pondered, a strange woman showed up next to him, Fane, it turned out. She talked about dispelling his magic, and immediately he felt the weaves flex, as if to rebuke her efforts. With a quick burst of magic, he undid the work he had done tying the weaves off, letting them be cut by the strange woman, and dissipate into nothingness.
...Impressive. It is nice to mee-Oh! I...I'm fine! You don't need to...this is a bit much...I'm okay! Really!" Izzack backed away from the woman. As he thought, this was too weird. He didn't like being at the mercy of a stranger like this. He felt his injuries start to heal, but even so, trusting this woman was a bit too much for him. He lashed out at the space between them with magic, seeming as if he was trying to sever the woman's weave, as if she cast spells like he did.

As as soon as Izzy showed signs of not wanting to be healed Fane stopped, she then blushed a bit in embarrassment. " Oh! I-I'm sorry I did not mean to over step any bounds." Fane quickly apologized holding her staff close like she normally does when she felt she did something wrong. Though she still wanted to help in someway. She could tell by looking at Izzy he had exhausted his magic and that was a very dangerous thing for any magic user. Fane looked around and saw that Sunny was no where to be found. Ahh cats they did what ever they pleased. So that left just her to help this man. " Umm.. Is there anything I can do to help? Fly you home? Or get you something to eat?" Fane asked the reaper before her with a smile.
( OOC: Sorry only posting cuz I wanna finish this thread out X3; I don't like to leave threads just hanging. So Lepa if you wanna post then go ahead but if not then that's fine to~ )

Perhaps Izzack should have been ashamed of how he acted to someone who was just trying to help. After all, was the way he treated Fane any better than the way so many people treated him? Well, yes. He didn't attack Fane for trying to help, but even so, it was pretty rude to act that way. Logically speaking, Izzack should have apologized, and let Fane do what she pleased. Clinging desperately to the source, however, holding onto that violent torrent of power, trying to keep it under control, trying to keep it from consuming him, holding onto that power despite Fane's apologies, it was obvious that he didn't quite trust the woman, despite how logically he should have. It would appear that after so much abuse by strangers, Izzack wasn't much for blind trust anymore. "I-I-I...I'm sure I'll be fine! I've been through worse!" he said, trying to ignore how weak he felt, and how tired. He tried to ignore the soft growling of his stomach, begging for food. Such things came with using the power for so long, but he couldn't bring himself to ask for help. "I...I can get home easily enough! W-watch!" he said as he began casting again. After a few seconds, a thin, vertical line of light appeared in front of him. The light...rotated would be the only real way to describe it. It turned and began widening into a doorway, where a small, dilapidated building stood. Shortly after appearing, though, it began to fade, even as Izzack struggled to maintain it. Perhaps it was too much after all. Like a man pulling his hand away from a hot stovetop, he released the source. Trying to hold on any longer would have...well, 'negative effects' would be putting it a bit lightly. He panted slightly, and fresh sweat shined on his face. Obviously, this encounter had taken a lot out of him.

Fane fell silent as Izzy said he was alright and things like this tend to happen. She just held her staff close as she watched the reaper. It was very clear he had no more energy to try to even cast the portal spell he was trying to do. Though with respect Fane said nothing as the reaper failed, she could understand wanting to do things with no help from others. In her home world she was going to be the next leader there for she at times felt she had to prove herself. Not take help from anyone she was supposed to powerful and at the time in her training she thought being powerful meant she did not need help from anyone.
Though that was wrong as she learned, she needed help from others, people that could make up for any weakness she had. Though this may not be the case with the reaper before her. She felt it was something else most likely distrust for a stranger. Fane could understand that too... After arriving on this new world after hers died.. She did not trust anyone and was scared and alone. Though that changed when she met the The Guardians. She saw a calling to protect this world, she did not want this world to die like hers did.
Fane looked at Izzy with understanding eyes, she did not move closer to him rather she she just sat down placing her staff on her lap giving a small smile. " if you do not wish for my help then please at least let me stay till you have recovered." Fane said in a gentle tone not at all effected by the lack of trust Izzy was showing.

Izzack listened to Fane's words, and realized just how obvious it was that he wasn't going to be able to get home using his powers. Sure, he could walk, and perhaps that was the best idea, but walking so far, when he felt so weak, tired, and hurt? Maybe it would do to to ask for some help. After all, this lady didn't seem to be aggressive. Sunny seemed to vouch for her, too... "I...uh...I guess I could use a little help getting home...if you don't mind...sorry..." he began, obviously seeming very uncomfortable in telling this woman that he changed his mind. "If you can open a portal...I can tell you where to open it...though, I wouldn't want to be a bother. I can walk, if it's too much to ask." Idiot. How could he just assume that she could cast the same things he could? He had seen nothing to make him believe that. After all, she cured him! Well, cured him a little before he pulled away, but still! He couldn't do that...he thought...maybe...he had never tried that. Who knew if she knew how to make a portal, either the way he did, or any other way? Perhaps he should have just asked to be healed the rest of the way. Maybe he could focus, and force the portal open if he wasn't so distracted by the pain. He would have done that, but changing his mind yet again was something that he did not want to do. It was awkward enough the first time around.
