Might as well keep track of the police officers I use!

This first one is Izzack's character, I was given permission to write up a profile.

Name: Manny Reynolds
Gender: Male

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Family: Daniel "The Big Fellow" Collins (Nephew)
Friends: Richard Reagan
Likes: Cracking jokes, professional wrestling
Dislikes: Getting up early
Relationship: Manny is close with Richard Reagan, though one wouldn't really guess that from Richard's disdain towards everything. He's also on good terms with Daniel Collins, his nephew.

Personality:
A cheerful, portly man with a tendency to crack jokes and make light of things. He's best described as a fun, weird and lovable uncle. Most find it hard to believe that he's actually the Chief of the Aster City Police Department, often deeming him foolish and incompetent. In truth, he's much more intelligent than he lets on and is well aware of major affairs going around within the city. Though jovial by nature, his wisecracking personality is partially a means of maintaining positive relationships with other people and organizations outside of the department. This is especially important since he's accepted that the police force just isn't involved as much as they were in the past. He understands (and maybe shares) Richard's frustrations of being outclassed, but Manny's tried to take the changes in stride. He looks at the positive side of things, viewing the department's lighter workload as a blessing and is more than happy for his officers to be out of harm's way.

Powers:
A normal human best equipped to deal with other normal people. Though he looks like he's out of shape, he's still capable of utilizing his self defense training when needed. This usually encompasses things like restraining suspects or disarming foes. Admittedly, he's not entirely fit, but he makes up for it with better than average strength. As an officer, he also has the standard issued equipment: A gun and revolver, handcuffs, taser and bulletproof vest.

His strongest quality is his charisma. Knowing that the police department is mostly regulated to smaller matters and clean up duty, Manny uses his unassuming personality to maintain positive relationships. Most people are normally wary about having connections to the police, but with Manny's friendly, assuming front (and bumbling appearance), people are more inclined to trust him. Whether or not because they think he's too incompetent or genuinely enjoy his company, Manny uses these connections to create networks of information.

History:
Manny was most likely a troublemaker and a wildcard in his youth. Though he still has some traces of this, he's long since mellowed out. His history often helps him when dealing with other young folk going through a rebellious or troubled phase.

Anything else:
- He actually helped Daniel settle down in Aster City.
- He originally debuted in a wrestling AU as Daniel's manager. He was far more wild in this iteration.

Name: Phineas "Finn" White

Relationship: As peers with Millie, he's always cautioning her to be careful. He may get dragged into her antics sometimes.

Personality:
Finn is an easygoing but cautious young man. While willing to help his fellow officers, he admittedly has something of a cowardly streak. He'll protest and refuse to go along with something if he thinks it's dangerous, but in the end he'll ultimately lend his assistance - especially if it's to help someone in trouble. He wasn't always so cowardly, however; a terrible incident on duty traumatized him, making him adverse to on field police work. He's especially sensitive to gore and blood, which fuels most of his aversion. Finn's more than happy to stay at the station and avoid all of this, preferring to safely do paperwork from behind a desk.

Powers:
A normal human best suited to deal with other humans, Finn has the same self-defense training and standard issue equipment as other officers: A gun and revolver, handcuffs, taser and bulletproof vest. He can be a bit panicky at the start of a confrontation until his training kicks in.

History:
Finn was far less skittish when he first joined the force. He once held similar aspirations to Millie, hoping to become a top officer. He was originally partnered with an older, more experienced officer. He looked up to the man and worked with him for about a year.

He died protecting Finn from a metahuman's attack.

No amount of training had prepared Finn for this. He himself had still been caught in the attack, but his partner had shielded him from the brunt of it. He could only watch in shocked desperation as he tried to keep his comrade conscious until help arrived, but it was too late.

This traumatic event left Finn with his fear of gore and overly cautious shift in personality. He still harbors some survivors guilt from the incident, even after undergoing therapy. Though he eventually rejoined the police force, hoping to carry on after his partner, his squeamishness has left him content with office work.

Anything else:
- He's sometimes compared to looking like a shark. It's a bit ironic because of his aversion to blood.

Relationship: Cesar mostly maintains professional relationships with the other officers in the department, though he seems to lend Finn a hand more often than not.

Personality:
A straightlaced, serious sort, he's best described as mature and professional. He's known for handling tense situations and acting as a mediator in disputes. He can be surprisingly gentle however and is also excellent at consoling children or victims.

Powers:
A normal human who's best at dealing with other humans. Cesar has the same self-defense training as other officers. He's very physically fit, so he's able to execute his maneuvers with ease and quickly pursue a suspect on foot. He also has the same standard issue equipment as other officers: A gun and revolver, handcuffs, taser and bulletproof vest.

History:
Torres worked for the Aster City Police Department for about 8 years. He possesses a good balance of drive and caution, enabling him to make quick decisions and judgements that've most likely saved him from dying at the hands of magic or superpowers.

Relationships:
Though stern, she loves her family and tends to be the voice of reason in the household. She's mostly the discipliner and a little strict with her daughter Tatsuko, but only because she worries about her brashness getting her into trouble. Ryoko also answers to Chief Reynolds, who she initially judged as incomptent but has come to understand how he works. (She's still not a fan of his boisterousness, however.)

Personality:
Ryoko is a reserved woman with a bit of a strict upbringing. She has a strong sense of duty to uphold the law and stick to routine. A stoic looking type, she doesn't seem like the type to take any nonsense, which is surprising when one gets to know her husband. Still, underneath Ryoko's hardened exterior is someone who does have some degree of appreciation for the silly and spontaneous. She herself has a bit of trouble adapting to things as they change, and laments the fact that it's not one of her stronger skills. It won't stop her from trying however; she's just better at hiding her frustrations about it.

Powers:
A normal human who's best at dealing with other humans. Ryoko has the same self-defense training as other officers, though this is compounded with the training she originally received as an officer in Japan. She knows a bit of martial arts, but it mostly focuses on self-defense, disarming or detaining folks. She also possesses standard issue equipment: A gun and revolver, handcuffs, a taser and bulletproof vest.

Though she has no magic, she has some knowledge about certain spirits or magical beings (mostly Japanese ones) and can create tags or talismans to ward them off or protect a perimeter.

Weaknesses:
- she's a normal human so. anything really lol

History: at least 200 words
- A stern woman who became a police officer in Japan
- one day she was assigned to work security at a pro wrestling event (she internally scoffed at this, thinking it was ridiculous)
- disliked Dragon Fang in-ring but was surprised at how sweet Dalton himself was
- eventually falls for him after learning to understand and appreciate his work
- actually grows her interested in occult for a bit (not that she'd let her coworkers know)
- After having 2 kids they move from Japan to America, where Dalton was from
- After their children reach adulthood and Dalton retires, Ryoko continues her occult interest
- Leads her to landing a job at Aster City with their police department
- She's now a police captain and heads of one of the precincts in another part of the city.
