"Oh, uh..." Sean cleared his throat, "tank ya." he managed, taking the hotdog. He stared at it for a bit, then let out a sigh. Come on, Sean, you've seen weirder. This too shall pass, and all that. He looked over at Julia, and, seeing no assistance coming from that direction, turned his attention back to Project Five, nerves once again under control. He didn't seem nervous. No, he didn't really seem like he was feeling anything, with such a straight face. "So, how did th' two o' ye meet, anyway? I was with Jules when we came 'ere, but she ran off pretty quickly." he asked, hoping to steer the conversation back to a place where he could have some semblance of normalcy. It was then that Julia started excitedly talking about the sandcastle, and a war between the two of them, and sand people, and Project Five's cool brain magic, which she talked about to some extent, adding plenty of 'woosh' noises with her mouth, despite the fact that no such noises ever occurred. Well, so much for normalcy, Sean thought.

Project 5 stepped away from Sean when he took the hot dog. It seemed the human was starting to settle down.. So perhaps she could stay a little longer. She was not very good around humans yet the longer she was around them the more she learned. She then sat down again this time watching Julia as she started to act out how they met and what happened. Though a lot of the acting Julia was doing is not what happened at all.. So she looked at Sean, " I was playing in the sand like the human children where doing when Julia suddenly came up and declared a war on me. Wanting to have a war with sand people. I don't really understand it though... There are no sand people.. Are there? " Project 5 asked looking at Sean. Seeing as she had much to to still learn she wanted to hear what another human had to say about sand people other then Julia.

"Well, err...I suppose tha' there aren't any sand people. I'd say tha' ol' Jules was pullin' yer leg. Perhaps she was tryin' ta distract ye so tha' she could build a better castle, eh?" Sean smiled. Okay, this wasn't that bad. Just keep thinking the things that you were okay with being known, and you were fine. Nothing...much...to it.
"What!? Sean! You know that I wouldn't do something like that! Sandcastle battles are too important to cheat on! Don't tell me that you have lost your imagination too!" Julia whined. It was like these people didn't know what fun was. Well, she would show them, if she had to, and she did have to. Having fun was important to human life. Vital even! "If you don't have an imagination, Sean, you should go back to the doctor. He'd fix you right up. Pow! Pow! Woosh! He'd slam an imagination right back into you!" she said, punching the air as she described just what the doctor would do

Project 5 looked at Sean as he said there where no such thing as sand people. The young beastman nodded, she felt she could believe Sean on this better then Julia. : no sand pepople ok." She said. Then Project 5 looked over at Julia as she protested and went on to talk about a Doctor that could help put this imagination back into Sean's head while doing her crazy acting again. This cased Project 5 to raise a eye brow. " Is lacking this imagination a medical problem that requires a doctor? " Project 5 asked looking some what confused. She did not really think so.. Because for the years she spent in that lab the doctors and Scientists said nothing about imagination. " No.. I think not.. " Project 5 muttered as she answered her own question.

"Of course lack of imagination requires a doctor! You need an imagination to fully enjoy life! You need to get a doctor to fix you up one, if you don't have any yourself. You need the best doctor! You need a doctor like Doctor Connor, the best in town!" Julia chirped. It was uncertain whether or not she was doing this on purpose in an attempt to send more people to her doctor, as was their original mission, or if this was more of a spur of the moment sort of exclamation.
"She had a point there, lass...after a fashion. Goin' through life withou' any imagination isn' good fer ya. Yer body stays fine, but yer mind suffers." Sean continued. There was no doubting his motives. He came here with a mission, and if there was an opportunity to complete that mission, he would do it, even if he didn't...suggest using someone with such powers. "I'd reckon ol' Johnathan woul' be yer best bet, as far as helpin' ya reach yer best, mentally speaking. He's a rather good psychologist, as it were." he continued, making sure not to come on too strongly.

Projet 5 remained silent as the two of then went on about this imagination. And how it was a useful thing, but she could not help but disagree. She never had a use for imagination.. When she was being raised in that lab and even now, Project 5 just did not see a use for making things up and playing. She just not see a point. " Sorry but I don't see a point in this imagination.. I don't have any use for it. " She said, even though she had destroyed the the lab and the ones who made her she was still under their influence. Besides she knew her mind was perfect or so the Scientists used to say before she killed them. To Project 5 the world was black and white no real color, she could not see the joy of color and wonderful things like imagination..

"That's no good! That's like saying that you don't see a point in arms, or legs! Sure, you can survive without them, but if you want a full life, you gotta have it all! Imagination is a beautiful thing that's super important!" Surprisingly, Project Five's words brought out an emotion other than childlike joy in Julia. It brought out something akin to a mother's concern. She looked right at the girl, seeming dead serious for once.
"Oh come now, Jules. If she doesn' want ta, then she doesn' have ta. Ya can't make everyone's decisions fer them, can ya? Well, miss...I'm sorry, I never got yer name, did I?" Sean said, his train of thought derailed suddenly. Normally he was more on top of these sorts of things, though if he was being honest, this situation was far from normal already, so perhaps some leeway could be given for such a misstep.

Project 5 just stared at Julia with a blank expression, not seeming to care that she was annoyed. Humans... She still did not really understand them even though she had been with them for while. But then again she was not raised to understand them.. She was raised to do a mission to perfection.. Without emotion or judgment calls. Though now she has no mission, she was now just wondering aimlessly. One judgement she made and her whole life changed. Project 5 then started to get lost in her own thoughts. But Sean was able to bring her out of them when he asked for her name. She stared at him as if that was the most alien thing to ask, and of course for her it was. No one had really ever asked her that and nor did she really have one.. "I don't have a name. I was just called Project 5" She said though there was no signs of being sad about she just stated it. As if it was the most normal thing in the world, and well for her it was. " I don't see much use for a name ether." She said as she stared at Sean and Julia.

"Well, ya have ta have a name, Miss Project 5. A name is vital ta interactin' with others. What say we give 'er a name, Jules? I'd go with Emerald, after th' color o' her eyes, an' the ol' Emeral' Isle." Sean suggested. He wasn't all that good at names, but he figured it would be better to offer something than just sit there and ponder.
"That's stupid! You're stupid! She needs a much cooler name! Like Lightning! Or Bolt! Or Static Shock! Or Jade! Jade it is! It is nice to meet you Jade!" Julia chirped, ignoring Sean's dumbfounded expression. It would appear that Julia, after deciding what to call her, just expected Jade to accept it.

Project 5 just stared at the two a bit more as Sean said she needed a name and thought Emerald would be a good name because of her eye color. But it would seem Julia did not like that idea and randomly started shouting names till she came to the name Jade and seemed to like it and already started calling her that. Jade's expression remained blank, so she needed a name huh? Ot was most likely so they would have something else to call her by. Humans are really odd beings.. " You may call me that if you want." Jade said showing no signs of disliking the name or liking it. " Humans are odd..." Jade stated bluntly.

"Well, I suppose tha's all a matter o' perspective, innit? Oddity is what people make o' it." Sean offered, diplomatically.
"What he means is you're the odd one!" Julia said, noticeably less diplomatically. "Not that there is anything wrong with that! Being odd is much more fun than being normal! We should be odd together! Odd friends! You can be the gruff one, and I'll be the comic relief, and we'll go on a lot of crazy adventures!" she continued. It was unclear if she was providing a serious offer, or just joking. Such things were always unclear when it came to Julia.

She was the odd one huh? Well not that it mattered in the end. The whole world is a very odd place to someone new to it. So of course to those who already living it she would be the odd one. Jade just gave a shrug not really caring ether way. Julia then went on saying they could be a team and go on adventures. Jade tilted her head as she thought about it and shook her head. " I have no desire to go on adventures.. Now if you excuse me I have to go. " Jade said as she stood up and started to walk away. Did she really have a place she needed to go? No, she just wanted to be alone more or less. Jade was not used to talking to people and their emotions where everywhere as the case with this Julia. Sean seemed to have set emotions that where not as random. Even though she did not know them she was at least grateful they had given her a name. It was step to get away from the shadow of just being a project.
