It was a busy day at the Lucky Rabbit and they where short staffed. Chi was a no call no show and no one else could come to take her place. So the rest of the staff where doing their best to keep up. Zaos had no choice but to jump in. Getting into a waiter uniform he started helping getting food and drink to the customers. "Aghhhhh... Rush hour... Never liked it much.." Zaos would think to him self as he kept a friendly smile on his face as he helped serve the customers. He did his best to keep everyone spirits up as he worked. Though there is always a sour apple that would ruining things.
" This coffee is horrible! The coffee art was bad and it tastes like it was made a few days ago! And this pastry has no taste, I want a refund!" shouted the rude customer. The poor waiter that had served her the drink was in a panic. " S-s-sorry ma'am..." He said.
Zaos had his back to the woman at the time and his eye brow twitched with annoyance. Taking a deep breath and exhaling he turned to look at the rude customer as he walked over to her.
When he approached the table he put his hand on his employee's shoulder and then did a head motion signaling for him to leave. The poor guy nodded and quickly fled. Zaos offered his most friendly smile as he clasped his hands together.
"Hello Ma'am how may I help you?" Zaos said in a professional tone.
The woman gave Zaos a hard look as she jabbed her finger at the coffee and the pastry. " The coffee and pastry are bad! I want a refund!" She demanded.
" Ah.. I see." Zaos said with a smile as he looked at the coffee and the pastry. She had drank and ate more then half of them. Hahahaha she was doing the classic scam if eating and drinking most of it but then say it was bad so she did not have to pay.
Zaos then smirked as he looked at the lady. " Ma'am I am so sorry.. But you have eaten and drank over half of everything. So we cannot give a refund."
The lady turned red with anger. " I WANT MY REFUND THE FOOD AND COFFE SUCK AND AM ENTTLIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK!! GO GET YOUR MANGER!" she screamed.
Zaos just gave the lady a cold stare as he smiled coolly before turning away from the woman.
Other customers who had been coming to the Lucky Rabbit for a long while knew what was gonna happen next, some where already recording while others where snickering quietly.

Nekeo is enjoying his meal and even pulled $2.00 out of his pocket as a tip for the waiter who was seeing to his order "here you go, please give my thanks to the chief~" Yeah he thought he'd enjoy a nice meal after doing some extensive studying and organizing everything inside his backpack of which is placed down next his chair on the floor without any worry of anyone trying to steal it. However his enjoyment would be short lived.

Uh, oh we have a Karen alert! but soon after that outburst he noticed the person that lady is yelling at and frowned when hearing

Ugh...people like this really tended to get on his nerves and he was about to cast a prank spell when he noticed a familiar face come out and help that poor waitress escape that stressful situation ("Zaos?!") he thought while slightly smirking. He knows his father! his father is a bard at the adventure guild, never thought he'd run into Zoas here and seeing he's going to address that little trouble maker he smirked lightly and decided not to do anything, for now as he listened.
"Hello Ma'am how may I help you?"
Oh, yes starting out polite and collected was a nice touch, good on him though he's got the feeling Zoas is rightfully annoyed, who wouldn't be? Heck Nekeo wouldn't tolerate such behavior either and he doesn't like that hard look that woman just gave him...not at all but he continues listening

Ho wow, she's still being rude and he also noticed she ate most of the food, what a crook!! "(oh that girl is asking for trouble...) he thought as he watched eagerly, he already knows this won't end well for this Karen of a woman so he excitedly continues watching...hmm dang he should grab his camera!! so he quickly opens his backpack and reaches inside...hopefully everyone is too distracted to see his entire arm go into his backpack as if it's bottomless but soon he pulls out a video camera and turns it on to start recording this whole thing
" Ah.. I see."
Nekeo couldn't help but giggle though he wishes he could of thought about recording this the moment this all started "ooo here comes the good part..." he muttered silently, he's never felt so eager to see someone embarrass themselves so badly
" Ma'am I am so sorry.. But you have eaten and drank over half of everything. So we cannot give a refund."
OOO yes someone like her is bound to start screaming, yes the camera is going to love it and he's so excited for her outburst he's practically bouncing up and down in his seat and his fluffy tail is wagging very quickly in utter eagerness and sure enough!

There it is!! haha perfect this is going to be perfect on youtube..maybe his buddy can help with the editing? Oh boy he can't wait to see what Zoas is going to do next. He thinks he might have a idea what's going to happen the moment he saw Zoas turn away from the girl and he makes the camera zoom in on Zoas for special affect "(come on, come on give the audience that shocking flare~)" he thought excitedly to himself though part of him hopes Zoas doesn't notice what Nekeo is doing, that would be slightly embarrassing indeed.

Zaos took a few steps as he then gave a mischievous smile as he turned facing the woman once more stepping forward again. " Ah but you see..." He said as he leaned in a little closer. " I am the Manger."" He said in tone that meant business. " As the manger I say we cannot refund you... Now leave before I have you trespassed and call the police. " Zaos said as he then took out his cell phone turning it on. Showing it was not a threat but a promise.
The woman's face grew even reader as she made angry noises as she stood up and hastily grabbed her things and stormed out of the building yelling, " I will leave you a bad review and tell everyone how bad this place is!!"
Zaos just laughed, "Oooh I'm soooo scared! Go ahead and try and flex whatever power you think you may have. You are gonna most likely be internet famous anyway sweetheart!" He said with a smile. He knew all this was being recorded so he hoped he was able to put on a great show.

Nekeo was practically on the edge of his seat and pretty much had forgotten all about his food at this point, oh boy it was a good thing he zoomed in for his turn around and drastic reveal and oh boy, oh boy was it spot on for the zoom in. " Ah but you see..." Nekeo's eyes would widen, oh as he now knows for certain the twist is so before he could say it Nekeo zoomed in on Zoas's face for a more dramatic and intense feel to the plot twist. " I am the Manger."" OOOHHH THERE IT IS!! heck not even Nekeo was even sure about that but he had that wrenching feeling in his gut that something like this was going to happen because everyone else seemed to be grinning like maniacs about this whole ordeal. He'd then zoom out so the cell phone would be in view the moment he saw Zoas take it out. Oh yes things just keep getting better.
" As the manger I say we cannot refund you... Now leave before I have you trespassed and call the police. "
hahaha!! oh man he's never seen woman's face turn so red before, he's so going to turn that into a meme because it HAS TO BE A MEME DANG IT!! and maybe add a bit of shaking to the video symbolizing the woman's rage? oh yeah that would be perfect to edit in, especially when she yells. " I will leave you a bad review and tell everyone how bad this place is!!"
Nekeo couldn't help but let a suppressed giggle escape his lips as he recorded her leaving then turns the camera back to Zoas when he responded with a insult to injury a very truthful one at that

Oh, yes he couldn't be more correct about that. With the proper editing she will go viral and he's gonna make sure it happens but when the girl leaves everyone starts cheering for Zoas and Neckeo shuts off his camera and whistles very loudly before clapping like everyone else is WOO!! GOOD SHOW!!" yeah it was impossible for him to not say anything now but after that moment...he glanced at his food and remembered "ooo...fluff cakes..." He'd then put his finger in his food to see if it's still at least warm...yeah but only a little bit daww man...it got cold...but so worth it! he accidentally yelled out loud with a mix of happiness and frustration at himself for forgetting about his own food, his own fluffing fault but shrugging he picks up his fork and starts eating his food again even though it's not nearly as warm as it was before but it's still good!! no complaints! five stars!! hehehehe...
