Mona was awake before dawn getting ready for work, Nova sat on her dog bed watching as her master getting ready. Once Mona was in her uniform she had a quick breakfast and leashed Nova. Mona liked to bring Nova with her to work, as she did not like the idea of leaving her home alone. And Granny Edna said it was fine and Nova is well behaved so it works. "Lets go Nova." Mona said as she then left her apartment and locked the door behind her. It was still dark, another reason Mona liked to have Nova with her. After walking a few blocks she arrived at Doughy Delights Bakery and put Nova in Granny's office where the dog would lay on a doggy bed. The red head then went into the kitchen where she was greeted by her two friends Lucy and Derek. "Mona! Good morning! This is going to be a great day! I just know it!" Lucy enthused. " You say that every morning Mona said as she washed her hands to start prepping. Lucy just laughed and got back to her cake cupcake decorating. Derek was busy getting bread ready for baking and Mona joined in to help.


He smiled when he looked at her,"Ready for another busy day?" he asked. Mona did not even look back at him as she started to make the bread dough. "Yeah should be as busy as usual." Was her short reply. Mona was not very good at small talk but luckily her two friends where fine with that. Them and other co workers got everything ready for when the bakery opened. Suddenly Granny approached Mona. " Mona dear can you run the counter today? Ellen called out today and I have some paper work to do." Edna asked. Mona sighed working the desk was her lest favorite thing to do... But there was no way she could say no to her, she owed Edna so the lest she could do was run the counter when asked. "Sure Granny no problem." She said as she washed her hands and went to the counter. The doors soon opened and people started to enter and Mona started taking their orders.

Omgaria was just walking down the sidewalk thinking about what she should buy since she wanted to do some grocery shopping for Kurtis's Dojo when she saw people going into the bakery that had just opened so double checking to make sure her illusion is hiding her tail, ears and sword before she decides to enter the bakery but she doesn't get in line to order just yet. For now she stands to the side looking at the menu to see what they are selling.

"hmm...I wonder if they got anything Kurtis would like" she thought to herself while placing her finger against her chin though she does take notice of a young girl at the cash register taking orders and smiles softly but soon turns her attention back to the menu and gently hums silently to herself as she also checks the prices as she doesn't want to buy anything too expensive. "Mmm..which one, which one.."

This time those words softly escaped her lips as she scans the menu with her purple eyes then sniffs the air with her nose "Oh..the aromas in here are nice.." she uttered softly though that just made picking more harder but when she notices the line getting bigger by the minute she quickly decides to get in line before it gets any longer. She will have to make a quick decision before finding herself standing at the register.
