Ahhh it had been a good 50 years when Sophie last came to Aster City, back then it was just starting out as a idea of a town where magics and humans could live together in peace. The immortal was very glad to see it was doing so well. Grown into a grand city it has, it was time to explore a bit now to see how much had really changed. " Ahhh! Its great to be back again." Sophie said with a smile as she stretched her arms over her head and placed her hands on the back of her head. " So what do you guys think? Pretty great huh?" Sophie asked her two friends. Gloria who is a nature fairy was fluttering near Sophie looked at the city around her hugging herself. She was happier in forest then a city but she had to admit this place had its charms, " Yeah its ok for a human city I guess." The fairy said. The magic fox Shadowclaw huffed a bit, " Seen one city you have seen them all." was the reply from shadowclaw.
Sophie laughed a little she expected her two friends to say that as nether of them really liked towns or city's that well. Soon something caught Sophie's eyes, a Pizza store! " Ah ha! I think I found a good spot for lunch! Pizza!" Sophie said as she lowered her arms and rubbed her hands together. She then jumped in line as her two friends sat at a table. "I will never understand her love for that horrible junk food... " Shadowclaw sighed. "Well its makes her happy at least. But yeah she should eat more greens." Gloria replied. Once she was at the front of the line Sophie took out her money and placed it on the counter with a smile. "Hey there! I would like to have a large Hawaiian pizza please!" She said with a smile looking at the person behind the counter.

"Ding a ling ding!" Daniel called out from the kitchen as he heard yet another person enter. Most people would have stopped, seeing as how it was fairly busy, and repeating the same line would annoy others. Daniel wasn't most people. Daniel could persevere, no matter how many people he annoyed!
That's when he heard it. That shocking sentence. How? How could a customer order such a thing? He just had to find out for himself.
"Howdy howdy howdy! Did I hear you right? Move aside, Rocky. Did I hear you right, ma'am-a-lam? A Hawaiian pizza? You know what that means right? It means much worse than you might think. It ain't somethin' nice and easy, like five large Hawaiian men laying on top of your mighty pizza. No. A Hawaiian pizza is..." Daniel turns away, obviously too overcome by his horror at the girl's order to speak of it aloud. It takes him a split second to regain his composure. "A Hawaiian pizza is...it is...about 18 bucks for a large, you want a drink with that? Yeah, Rocky, I know you were gonna ask that, I'm just quicker on the draw. Also, you have absolutely no
sense for the dramatic~!" Daniel strikes a pose next to his obviously irritated coworker, waiting for the customer's response.

The guy behind the counter nodded and was about to take Sophie's order when suddenly there was a shout from the back and another person came forward pushing the other person to the side. Now most people would have gotten annoyed by this but not Sophie. She just smiled and leaned forward placing her elbow on the counter and rested her chin on her hand as she watched the little show the new comer was putting on. When Danial was finished Sophie giggled a little as she stood up straight. "Daw cute. Do you put on that little show for everyone? Or just for the cute girls?" Sophie asked with a small giggle as she teasingly flirted with Danial. It was fun to mess with people sometimes, Sophie then reached into her bag and took out the money for the pizza and a drink. "Yes I would drink with that orange soda please." Sophie said with a smile. She kinda wanted to see what this guy would do next.
Mean while back at the table Gloria and Shadowclaw where having a nice little chat though when Danial started to make a fuss the two of them looked Sophie and the guy behind the counter and watched. " That is a very loud and noisy human.." The fairy commented as she shook her head. Shadowclaw shook her head as well, she should really get ear plugs for times like this. One of the many reasons she did not like coming to humans city's and or towns, but for now she was just going to have to put up with it.

"Oh, trust me, the cute ones get a little extra." Daniel quipped back, letting Rocky handle the cash transaction before launching himself back into the kitchen with an overly familiar "See ya in a bit, Sugar Tones!" There was a time and a place for flirting, after all, and that time came when the work was done. As soon as he was back in his workplace, he became a whirlwind of action, slicing the ham, and chopping pineapple like there was no tomorrow. "Sauce me, Kyle! Yeah! That's what I like! You my boy, blue! Now! Slather on that cheese, Kelly! Awww yeah, cheese me!"
"ORDER UP! ONE SASSY HAWAIIAN TO THE CUTIE PATOOTIE!" Daniel shouted at the top of his voice, which, turns out, is rather loud. Enough to make Rocky flinch, at least. As he shouted, he practically launched out a pizza, ready to be received. On the top, written in an excess of pineapple and ham, were the words Daniel's the name, Pizza's the game!

Hahahaha what a guy Sophie would think to herself as Danial flirted back a bit. Good to see this city still had interesting people, Sophie took the change back from Rocky and the drink. Soon not to long after everyone around them flinched when Danial started to scream at the top of his lungs that the pizza was done. Sophie just laughed a bit finding this really amusing. When she got the pizza she saw the message that was on it. " Danial huh.. My name is Sophie it was great having a chance to meet ya~" Sophie said as she placed her fingers on her lips then blew a teasing air kiss at Danial before picking up her pizza and walking back over to the table where her two friends where sitting.
Gloria and Shadowclaw stared at Sophie as she started to eat her pizza, the immortal noticed and paused setting down the slice of pizza she had started to eat. " Aw come guys just having a little fun, and don't worry after this Gloria I will get you a salad or some fruit and Shadowclaw I will get you some raw chicken. Sophie said as she started to chow down on her pizza happily. Gloria smiled, " Ooh a fruit salad would be great!" " the fairy said as she fluttered her wings happly. Shadowclaw nodded, "I would like a whole chicken please." The fox said as she then started to keep a eye out on the area. " Ha sorry best I can do is a few chicken legs. Need to get a apartment before I can get you something like that." " Sophie replied as she ate her pizza. Shadowclaw sighed, "Fine...." she huffed.

"Whole chicken, eh? You're a hungry little one, ain't ya...dog? Sure, dog." Daniel chirped, popping up from the seat next to the group. "I reckon I could swing something like that for ya, off the record of course. Last time I went to a recording studio with raw chicken, they threw me out." for a brief moment, Daniel looked thoughtful. It was almost as if he was remembering the event, or perhaps merely pretending to remember it. "But yeah, I know a place, and that place is pretty much here. it'd be segmented to all hell, but we got tons of chicken in back. Anything for a neat talkin' dog." he offered, before frowning briefly, "Come to think of it, you ain't the first talkin' dog I've seen workin' here..." he mumbled mostly to himself.
"Welp! No matter! Rocky! The lady says your service sucked! She wants a buncha chicken and a salad to compensate! No time to cook it! Just toss it out here, coward!" he called out, shooting a devious grin first to Sophie, then to his coworker, who was obviously less than amused.

Sophie looked at Danial with a small smile when he suddenly sat down next her. It would appear he was not done, and he was still picking on his co worker. Sophie could not help but giggle a little. It was good to know there where still fun people living in Aster and it had not gotten boring while she was away. Though Danial saying he had met another speaking dog caught her attention for her it was not that usual to hear of talking animals there was many forms of magic after all. Though before she could say anything Shadowclaw spoke up. The fox's ears where flat on her head showing she was a bit annoyed. " I don't remember asking you for anything... And I'm a fox not a dog... " She then looked back at the pizza shop, " Cancel that chicken order I don't want any from here. " Shadowclaw called out to Rocky. She did not want cheap chicken she wanted the real thing. Something she could tear into.
Sophie laughed a little and shook her head, " Yeah sorry she is a bit of a picky eater" Sophie said. Sophie then thought she may was well make some small talk while the guy was here. In fact could be a chance to learn what has been going on here if anything. " So I'm new in town, anything going on in the city worthy of note?" Sophie asked she then then took another bite out of her pizza and a sip from her soda. Mean while Gloria sat on Shadowclaw not saying a word, she was always a bit nervous when it came to meeting new people and unlike the shadowclaw she did not protest the salad that was now coming after all she was hungry.

"Weak sauce, duderino." Daniel said, giving Shadowclaw a thumbs down. "Well, can't fight it, gotta accept it. What can ya do?" he continued, hopping over the back of his seat to plop down in this party's group. "So, a dog, a fairy, and some cutie pie walk into a pizza parlor, and ask about what this city's got to offer. I'm sure this is a great set up to a joke the likes of which will never be told again, but instead of telling said joke, which I would do splendidly, of course, I will instead simply respond to your question." he paused for a brief moment, either for dramatic effect, or to catch his breath, as he was speaking rather quickly.
"This town is boring to all hell, to be quite honest. Well, it's boring if you're some goodie two shoes dude, just going around with your two shoes, acting as if you own the place. Lousy shoe wearing freaks, why I outta..." Daniel let himself devolve into angry muttering for a short time before he continued. "ANYWAY~! This place is rad as sin if you are a cool cat, like me, or your dog, maybe the fairy, don't quote me on that one.
If you're cool, then there's all sorts of trouble to get yourself into. Take the nightclub for example. There's no easier way to start a big ol' bar fight than to spill ten drinks in a row onto some guy's girlfriend. There's also the park, where you can get into a scuffle and a half, so long as you taunt someone into it. If you know the right places to look, you could get some action, any kind of action mind, anywhere you look in this city!" Daniel concluded, stopping for a moment to let the others ask any questions they might have.

As Danial spoke Sophie was getting a clear idea the type of person he is and laughed a little when he gave Shadowclaw the thumbs down. She ate more of her pizza as she did this her eyes started to wonder and she spotted something she knew all to well. This person she spotted looked as normal as could be.. But something he had on his wrist was a dead give away of what he really is. Ha looks like ether that slayer is new or is slacking in hiding his bracelet. So it seemed the slayers are here... Well that was a good thing to know. Sophie looked back at Danial and smiled when he finished speaking of fun places to go. " Haha sure sounds like you know where all the fun places are. Guess I will have to check them out sometime. Also by the way... Have you heard of a group called The dragon slayers?" Sophie asked, it was time to see how long they had been here and what they have done if anything.

"Dragon slayers? Hrmm..." Daniel thought deeply, or at least seemed to. slouching over to allow his chin to rest on his fist, he looked like a stereotypical portrait of thought. "Dragon...slayers...Dragon sla-Oh! Yeah, that's right! I almost forgot!" he suddenly proclaimed before he bolted to the back of the restaurant.
Within a short time, he sped back to where Sophie was sitting, carrying a large metal guitar case, or perhaps bass case? It seemed larger than he was, in any case. "I remember those guys you're talking about! Got a hell of a time fightin' 'em with some nerds, and this weird fox dude. Dunked one of 'em real good, and got me this beauty in compensation!" he loudly proclaimed before he opened the case to reveal the large, shining sword within. "I've been meaning to pick some more fights with the dudes, but no luck. Can't seem to find them when they aren't all 'Oh look at us, attacking people in the open for no reason'! The jerks! Stealing my gimmick!" he continued, pouting in mock offence at the actions of he seemed to view as so egregious to his...specific way of finding fights.

It took all of Sophie's will power to NOT burst out laughing as Danial spoke of the dragon slayers and even showed off a sword he had stolen from one. Ooh how Sophie wished she could have seen that! The look on that slayer's face would have been priceless. Sophie could not help but giggle just a little though. Sophie side glanced at the slayer near them he was giving Danial a cold angry stare. Ha good he was looking at them... Haha time to have a little fun. Sophie then leaned in closer to Danial with a sly smile. " You want to fight them huh? Heh I can help draw them out."Sophie said in a whisper as she then let her bracelet show. She then stood up from the table and gestured for Danial to follow. Shadowclaw and Gloria looked at each other, the fairy shugged and the fox rolled her eyes a bit and followed after Sophie.

Daniel's eyes noticeably lit up at Sophie's suggestion. "You could?" he responded in a whisper no louder than hers, but with a definite amplification of energy. "Sign me up, lil' miss!" he got up to follow, making it a point to do a few tricks with his guitar case, mostly just tossing and catching it one handed, as he did so. Why he flourished so obnoxiously was hard to say. Perhaps he wanted to show his skill, perhaps he wanted to impress his companion. "Gotta make sure no invisible tricksters try to mess with me from above." Or maybe it was that. As he passed the register, he gave a few finger guns to Rocky before walking on by him. "Gotta extend my break a bit there, Rock." was the only explanation he offered.
