History:
Zaos was born and raised in Aster City, he always looked forward to visits from his Dad who worked as a bard for the Adventure Guild. Though he did not stay at the guild in the city and would travel a lot. Zaos wanted to join the guild as well when he was younger but when he took the magic aptitude test it turned out he did not have the gift of magic. So he dedicated himself to learning as many types of martial arts as he could to make up for not being able to use magic. But as time went on Zaos lost interest in joining the guild, mostly due to the fact that his Mother was struggling a bit even though his Father was sending money to support them. So Zaos started looking for part time jobs to help his Mom out. He then landed a job at a café called the Lucky rabbit.
He started out as a dishwasher, it was hard work and his back and feet always hurt but he needed the money. So he worked hard without complaint. After a few months his boss decided to start training him how to be barista. It was difficult learning how to use the café coffee machines and keeping up with orders but Zaos did the best he could. Once he started getting the hang of it his other co workers started teaching him coffee art. He was not good at it at first so he would practice a lot at home, by inviting his two best buds over.
Levi was the brutally honest type and would make fun of him when he messed up. Julian was a bit more tactful about it. So thanks to the help of his co workers and school buddies he mastered coffee art. Zaos was then moved to all the other positions in the café till he learned them all. During this time he had become good friends with the owner of the cafe and started to see him as if he was a uncle. The years would go by and Zaos graduated from school and started working at the café full time and was promoted to manger. His boss then started teaching him how to run the place, little did he know at the time his boss was thinking about handing the café over to him.
After a few more years Zaos got the biggest shock of his life. His boss had called a meeting with him one day at the end of the week. He told Zaos he had made plans to retire at the end of the year and wanted to pass down the café to him. He had watched as Zaos grew up and how hard he worked. How nicely he treated his co workers and the customers. Also how would protect his co workers rude customers. Zaos was shocked he did not know what to say, but he accepted the offer.
Later he told both his parents, they where proud of him and took him out to celebrate. Later his Father gave him a magical ring that would allow him to use magic but only five times before having to recharge for two hours. Zaos then had the ring attuned to him so no one but him could use it. On his free time would practice with the ring so he would know how to use it.
It took some time to get things settled but after a few years Zaos took over the Lucky rabbit. He made sure to watch over all his workers and treat them with respect. Though was quick to stamp out any trouble makers. He wanted the Lucky Rabbit to be a safe and happy place to work after all. The biggest challenge where entitled customers.. But he had his ways of dealing with them.. No one disrespected his workers and got away with it.
