It was the very next day after Zero had moved into his home. Thankfully he had been able to get to sleep, the sun was now coming through the window lighting up his small room. Zero slowly opened his eyes and sat up up in bed and stared out the window a bit. With a sigh he tossed off his blanket and swung his legs over the edge of the bed. Standing up he walked over to his new closet got the clothes he wanted and got dressed for the new day. It was a little difficult one handed but he managed. Putting his socks and shoes on he then left his room. "I wonder if any of the others are up?" Zero wondered to himself as he started to walk down stairs.

Downstairs, Tyler was the only one who seemed to be up. At least, up and out of his room. He was busy cooking breakfast as Tony came down the stairs. "Uh...hey." he grunted when he noticed the new resident. "You, uh...you want some?" he offered, pointing towards his pan. "Making some for Jacob, anyway...He's still asleep, though." he certainly seemed a little uncomfortable, despite how hard he was trying to be polite.

Ah it seemed Tyler was the one who up, the others where ether still sleeping or yet to leave their rooms. Hmm how to go about this.. It was clear that Tyler was uncomfortable around him but was still trying to be nice. So Zero gave a small smile and nodded, "Sure, I would like some." He replied in a meek voice as if he was a bit nervous. Zero then sat down at the table. Zero sat there and his eyes scanned over the kitchen. It was standard as normal kitchens where, Zero then looked back at Tyler. "Ahh... umm.." He started as if struggling to find what to say. "It smells good." He said but quickly fell silent.

"Hmm....thanks." Tyler grunted as he continued to cook. He didn't say anything else as he continued to cook. Soon, he placed a plate on the counter. The food wasn't anything mind blowing, but it was a nice little spread of simple breakfast foods. "Enjoy." Tyler mumbled as he served up two more plates. "Sai's out right now...she, uh...likes to do errands early in the morning. So, I guess it's just us three right now." as he spoke, a ruckus could be heard from upstairs. No doubt it was Jacob waking up.

Zero waited as Tyler cooked the food, he reminded silent too as if he was feeling a bit awkward about all this to. His eyes scanned over the room and he only looked back at Tyler when he came over placing a plate of food on the table. Zero gave a small smile, " Thank you, this looks great." Zero said as he went to take a bit. He seemed to savor the food, to anyone watching it would seem like he had not had a decent meal in months. "Hmmm mmm So good, much better then plain old oatmeal." He said as he ate.
"Enjoy." "Sai's out right now...she, uh...likes to do errands early in the morning. So, I guess it's just us three right now."
His mouth was full so Zero nodded, but looked up when he heard a sound coming from up stairs. He then guessed Jacob would be joining them soon.

"Never was much one for oatmeal, myself. Too bland for my taste. Always made me feel like I was sick and lost my sense of taste." Tyler mused as he set down two more plates. One for their incoming guest, and another for himself. ...Thanks for the compliment." he added under his breath as he began to eat alongside his new companion.
It wasn't much longer until Jacob joined them. He didn't say a word, instead he bee lined for the food, only stopping for a moment to accept a cup of coffee from Tyler. He seemed to be running on auto-pilot more than consciously acting. "He's not much of a morning person." Tyler offered.

Zero gave a weak chuckle to Tyler remark about oatmeal being tasteless and bland. "Yeah it is rather tasteless.. But when stuck in a low budget I had to buy easy cheap foods to eat.. As for lunch and dinner I mostly ate rice or noodles.." Zero said as he painted the picture how he mostly ate. " But Clara would share food with me time to time if she made to much." Zero said with a smile as he fondly thought about Clara. It could be taken that she did it just to feed Poor Tony. Soon Jacob came into the room, Zero opened his mouth as if to greet him but stopped and blinked when he noticed how different the man was from the other day. As he hesitated to say something Tyler said that Jacob was not a morning person. Zero gave a understanding nod, as he ate more of his food and decided to be silent till ether Jacob was ready to talk or Tyler to say something else.

For some time, Jacob sat in the living room, nursing his cup of coffee. He merely held it for a while, but eventually he began to take tiny sips from the mug. "It's very good. Thank you, Tyler." he said, more a mumble than proper talking, though Tyler didn't seem to mind as he took the gratitude graciously.
"We should... we should do something today. Get better acquainted with Tony. You know. Do something nice..." he trailed off as he went back to his mug shaped source of power.
"I don't suppose I have much to do today. Wouldn't be so bad I suppose to get to know Tony better. What d'ya say, man? Anything you feel like doing?" Tyler asked. Maybe he was getting more used to being around Tony, or maybe it was just because Jacob had entered the conversation, but he seemed a little more relaxed than when the newcomer first joined him over breakfast.

Zero paused when Jacob brought up the topic of getting to know him better and looked down at the table when Tyler asked if there was anything he would like to do. Heh they where tryin to make him feel more comfortable around them. Zero bit his lip as if he was struggling to come up with any ideas. "Hmm.... They want to get to know Tony.. I also want to know more about them... What place would be a good starting point.. Zero would think to himself and then a idea came to him. " How about the mall?" Zero asked as he looked timidly at Jacob and Tyler. The mall in Aster was huge and many stores and even a movie theater. And it was a open public place so it would make it easier for the members of the Invisibles to keep track of him there as well.

"That's not a bad idea. I'll make a list of things to buy, if we can find them. Do you have anything you ne-" Tyler was cut off by the front door slamming open. An unsurprisingly surly Sai stood in the entryway, glowering at nothing in particular. "Stupid man, thinking that he..." she grumbled under her breath too low to be properly heard.
"Sai! Please! You're scaring Tony on his first day here! I'm sorry, Tony. She's sweet, really. She's just...passionate." Tyler gave a rueful grin to the newest occupant of the household.
"We're going to the mall..." Jacob offered, seemingly unfazed by the commotion, "Get to know Tony better. It will be nice."
"That's an awful idea. The mall sucks. Who needs to wade through hordes of people just to buy some worthless novelties, when I can just waste all of my time and money here at home, burning it all in a big pile? It'd be more fun than going to the mall, at least. I'm not going to the stinking mall." She took off her coat in jerky, rage filled movements as she spoke.
"Sai, don't be foolish. Remember the First Method. Tyler's voice took on a lecturing tone, "'To aid one's family is to aid one's self.'"
Sai, a bundle of rage mere moments before, immediately seemed to calm down upon hearing the phrase. She took a few deep breaths, then turned to Tony. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have acted like that. The mall sounds fine." her voice was sweet, almost soothing, yet there was no sign of her forcing herself to be calm. It was as if she herself had completely forgotten her anger in mere moments.

As soon as the door slammed open Zero jumped stealing a glance at Sai before looking down at the table as he started to tremble. As if he was not good around angry people, he sat there in silence as his hair covered his face.

Zero then clinched his good arm while looking down at the table still, "W-we don't have to..." Zero said in a meek soft tone that was basically a whisper.
Zero listened as Jacob and Tyler spoke to Sai, he once again stole a look as Tyler spoke, "'To aid one's family is to aid one's self.'" And just as if a switch had been flipped Sai seemed to calm down even took a few breaths and she was back to her cheery self once more. Zero looked Sai with a weary look when she apologized. He then relaxed a bit seeing as Sai was no longer angry and now seemed happy with the idea of going to the mall. "I-its ok.." He said meekly though now it looked like he felt awkward not knowing what else to do.
"To aid one's family is to aid one's self? Interesting... Can't wait to see more." Zero would think to himself, the more he knew the more he could see how John seemingly controlled these people.

A short time later, when the group were in the car and on their way to the mall, Jacob turned around in the back seat to face Tony. So, Tony," he began, his body full of caffeine, and his voice refilled with vigor, "Tell us a little about yourself. I'm afraid all I know about you are sad, sad things. I would appreciate knowing the happier sides of you!" his eyes were so full of sympathy that it seemed improbable that his question was a mere probe for information for John
"'Course, you don't gotta say nothing if you're still not comfortable." Tyler joined into the conversation, leaning over from the passenger side seat to give Jacob a pointed look. "While we would like to get to know you better, Tony, you don't got to."
"But, Tyler! I just want-"
"Second method, Jacob." Tyler interrupted his companion smoothly, with no anger in his voice.
"The bonds of family are forged by deed, not by blood. But what does that have to do with anything?" Jacob replied, his recital of this 'method' seeming to have been done by rote, as if recited many, many times.
"Family is made through deeds, but it can be made undone just as easily. It's cruel to put undue pressure on someone if they don't want to open up." Tyler said these words, but he still looked Tony's way with a noted interest. He may have promised not to force any information out of the boy, but he certainly seemed quite keen on whatever his new friend was willing to tell them.

After everyone was finished eating they all went out to the car and started to make their way to the mall. Zero had stayed silent after Sai's little out burst and found himself looking out the car window as if zoning out. That was however till a voice would snap him out of it.
So, Tony,"
Zero flinched a little as if startled and turned his head to look at Jacob who had started to speak to him.
"Tell us a little about yourself. I'm afraid all I know about you are sad, sad things. I would appreciate knowing the happier sides of you!"
" Ah, here we go.." Zero thought to himself
Though before he could reply Tyler interjected saying he did not have to talk if he did not want to and Jacob protested that.
"No pressure huh... The look in your eyes say otherwise." Zero thought as he gave a deer in head lights type of look as if he had no idea what to say.
"I.. Umm... Well.." Zero fumbled on his words as if trying to come up with somthing. " Well.. I think the happiest memory's I have are with my Mother and little sister when we where kids. I enjoyed watching my Mother make pottery, sometimes my Sister and I would try and make pottery too but they never turned out well.. But Mother would keep them and say they where her treasures. Zero gave a small smile as he recollected the memories. " Back... Back before my Mother got sick..." He said very softly and the smile faded and looked down at his lap.
